Spanish Paella American club Singapore style

Monday i had lunch with some friends in the American club Singapore At" The Presidentieal Room" (they have great food in all the restaurant at the club) We wanted something light to be able to enjoy desert after. (you still need some sweetness after all).

we orders for starter Salad, chaser Salad,  main course seafood Paella (aum was OK but they should have cooked the rice a bit longer), Grilled wagyu Beef skewers (excellent)with cilantro pesto, it was really good, melting in the mouth .

Bread served before ordering food and it comes with a little bowl with superb extra virgin olive oil for dipping. Olive oil was so good i sipped the rest of it. (you can drink good olive oil) The small bun was freshly baked. They have many types of tiny little buns to choose from.

Desert we shared: Filo Pastry with caramel apple napoleon. served with mascarpone ice cream. Warm Chocolate cake with caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream (You know i love cinnamon) Both desert where a success choice.

But for me is always not what you eat , rather then with whom you eat, and at this point you all guys have to agree with me about it . right?

And how can we complete a nice meal with out a link to the best? Spanish Eyes? (my friend Love this song  so this one for you dear and for all of you who still love him) I do!

Cheers
